workin' it!


i walked a mile and a half today on the treadmill. and i have been drinking lots of water (i've discovered the flavored kind and that helps a lot with the blah taste of normal water). i've also started keeping a food log in my own journal (i keep it on private).

i'm really trying!

I walked to and from class and up to work so I have walked quite a bit today as well- though I need to wear my pedometer to see how much it is exactly.
Way to go!!! 64 oz.'s is a ton of water to drink, and no real immediate payoff. But give it a month, and your skin begins to glow.
