How did you all do on last week's challenge?

I think that is self-explanatory, don't you?

This week's challenge is to:
1) Weigh yourself again today, and then again on Sunday, and send me the weight totals (distort138@comcast.net)

2) Hit the gym at least 3X's this week for cardio AND weights.

3) stay away from sugar this week.
